Paying
Tap Pay with card. A secure checkout opens inside the app, run by our payment provider — Loosh never sees or stores your card number. The charge appears on your statement as Alchemy Digital Cloud, not as Loosh — worth knowing before you query it with your bank. Backing out of the checkout without paying costs you nothing; you land back on the review screen.When it arrives
Seconds. The money is spendable as soon as the payment succeeds — you do not wait for it to settle into a bank. While Loosh waits for the confirmation you will see Confirming your top-up, with a Refresh if you want to nudge it. It moves on by itself the moment the payment clears.Topping up is free. Loosh does not charge a fee to put money in — a platform fee applies when you withdraw, and is shown to you before you confirm.
If it does not go through
Top-up didn’t go through means the payment did not complete and you have not been charged. Try again, or use a different card. Top-up reversed means the payment was taken back after the fact, so it will not reflect in your balance. If your card was charged but your balance never moved, do not top up again — contact support with the date and the amount. That one needs a person to look at.Minimums and maximums
There is a minimum top-up, shown under the amount as you type. Limits differ by country and can change, so the app is the place to read them rather than this page.Outstanding pledges
