Confirming
You enter an OTP code we text your verified cell number. It is valid for five minutes, and verifying it submits the withdrawal — there is no separate confirm step after it.After that
The money leaves your wallet immediately and the status shows Withdrawal requested while the payout is prepared. It updates itself when things change, and you get a notification when it is paid. Payouts go out in batches, which is why the estimate is one to two business days rather than minutes. If it fails, your balance is refunded in full — including the one-time KYC fee if that withdrawal was your first, so you are never charged twice for it. The reason is shown and Try again restarts the flow.Once a withdrawal is requested, it can not be cancelled.
