# Professional wallet

> For people earning at a workplace or offering a service.

For money you earn — tips, jobs, work. Create one from **Create a new wallet → Professional**, then pick the kind that fits.

## Three kinds

<CardGroup cols={1}>
  <Card title="Business — tied to a workplace" icon="briefcase">
    You work somewhere and want to be tipped there. Waiters, car guards, drivers.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Service — for services you offer" icon="wrench">
    You do work people book you for. Domestic, gardening, painting, plumbing.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Social — for content creators" icon="at-sign">
    Link the handles people know you by. Needs a verified identity to block impersonators.
  </Card>
</CardGroup>

## Business

You search for your workplace, add your job title and, if you have one, your employee number. Your name and photo come from your profile, and the workplace's logo appears on your card — so someone tipping you sees where you work, not a stranger's face.

Your employee number is never public. It is there so your workplace can identify you.

**When you leave that job**, use **I've left this job** on the Workplace & role screen. The wallet stops appearing at the workplace and stops receiving, but your balance stays yours to withdraw and your card keeps the record with an "Employment ended" date. It cannot be undone — a new job means a new wallet, which is what keeps your history intact.

## Service

You choose a main service, a main area, and optionally more areas, more services, descriptions and a "from" price. Leave a price out and the card simply says nothing about it. These are what let people find you in Discover.

There is a **Register as a business** switch:

* **Off** — the wallet is created with your own name and photo from your profile. Those are fixed on this wallet once it exists.
* **On** — you add a trading name, the registered name and CIPC number, a logo, and a supporting PDF (registration certificate or letter of incorporation).

A registered business wallet **can receive money immediately**, but withdrawals stay locked until a person at Loosh has checked your documents. If it is declined, the reason is shown and **Resubmit** reopens the form.

## Social

The social wallet is meant for digital content creators and social media personalities. Enter the name of your channel, a short message, and your handles. Your identity has to be verified first. Add your wallet link or QR code to your channels and the audience can send you gifts and donations.

## Editing later

Bio and contact visibility on any of them; workplace and role on Business; services, prices and areas on Service; handles on Social. Wallet names cannot be changed. Registered business details cannot either — those only change through a resubmission.
